🍺 Where are you from and where do you live now?

"I came from Sydney back in 1985. I moved to Byron Bay and then Lennox Head where I have been since the mid 1990s."

🍺 How did you come to know Seven Mile Brewing?

"By word of mouth initially. I also knew Lou."

🍺 Tell us about your first time trying a Seven Mile beer.

"I was invited to a friends bbq where he had a number of Seven Mile beers for all of us to taste."

🍺 What’s your favourite Seven Mile beer?

"I immediately liked Cali Cream. It is just an easy beer to drink."

🍺 The craft beer world can be confusing but at the end of the day it’s just beer. What advice would you give someone on the fence about getting down to their local brewery or trying some new craft brews?

"I'm a huge fan of craft beers and often share my thoughts with others (often un solicited). I think many beer drinkers are set in their ways and stick to a beer they've drank for years. What I say is "give something new a try. If you don't like it at least you've given it a go". Craft beers offer so much more than the mass produced varieties."

🍺 Do you think a craft brewery like ours is good for the community of Ballina and surrounds?

"It's one of the best things to have happened in the area. It provides a great product, employs locals and is a place where people who enjoy great beer, food and company a terrific place to meet."

🍺 Give us your favourite saying for drinking beer.

"How a bout we head down for a couple of schooies??"

🍺 What kind of beer would you like to see us make in the future?

"I'm really enjoying the Sour beers - which is a bit of a surprise to me. So more of those would be good."
